Carik Jakarta adalah integrasi pelayanan kesejahteraan keluarga satu pintu melalui dasawisma yang merupakan kader PKK Pemberdayaan Kesejahteraan Keluarga DKI Jakarta. Carik Jakarta merupakan program berbasis aplikasi pendataan keluarga yang dibuat untuk mengumpulkan data keluarga secara komprehensif dan detail, dari data kependudukan, kesehatan keluarga, ekonomi keluarga, bangunan, hingga lingkungan. Dengan kelengkapan data tersebut, maka akan terlihat potret kesejahteraan setiap keluarga di seluruh wilayah DKI Jakarta. Kata “Carik” diambil dari istilah Jawa yang artinya juru tulis’. Hal ini mencerminkan tugas kader PKK atau dasawisma sebagai pendata yang menjadi ujung tombak kolaborasi pengumpulan data terpusat ini. Sejak Desember 2019, para dasawisma ini sudah bergerak untuk melakukan pendataan dengan mengumpulkan KTP, KK, hingga melaporkan kondisi keluarga secara komprehensif. Data yang diperoleh dari aplikasi Carik Jakarta dapat digunakan untuk melihat Indeks Pembangunan Keluarga IPK, Perumahan dan Bangunan Indeks Rumah Sehat, Indeks Ekonomi atau Kemiskinan, Kondisi dan Permasalahan Lingkungan, Gotong Royong, Posyandu, Riwayat Penyakit Kronis atau Akut, Indeks Kependudukan dan KB, Anak Usia Sekolah, Tidak Sekolah dan Putus Sekolah, Indeks Tahapan Kesejahteraan Keluarga, serta Analisis Kros Tabulasi. Aplikasi Carik Jakarta juga membantu Pemprov DKI Jakarta untuk mendata jumlah anak bayi dan balita, sehingga Pos Pelayanan Keluarga Berencana - Kesehatan Terpadu Posyandu dapat melayani kesehatan anak secara merata. Hasil pendataan komprehensif dan detail tersebut diintegrasikan dengan beberapa SKPD Satuan Kerja Perangkat Daerah di Jakarta untuk dijadikan dasar pembuatan kebijakan serta penyusunan program yang mampu menjawab kebutuhan masyarakat. Selain itu, data tersebut juga dapat menjadi bahan evaluasi Pemerintah Provinsi DKI Jakarta atas kondisi masyarakat dan program-program yang telah terlaksana. Kunci keberhasilan Carik Jakarta adalah kolaborasi antara kader dasawisma yang melakukan pendataan dengan pemerintah provinsi yang akan mengelola data masyarakat untuk menyusun kebijakan yang lebih baik lagi. Tentunya, kolaborasi masyarakat untuk memberikan data keluarga yang sesuai dengan kondisinya juga menjadi kunci penting program ini. Masyarakat juga tidak perlu khawatir untuk memberikan data KTP dan KK kepada kader dasawisma yang melakukan pendataan, karena sebenarnya Pemprov DKI Jakarta sudah memiliki data keluarga di ibu kota.
